Mi-ja lost her hair salon in Seoul, because she tried to expand her business by borrowing money from a private lender. After some time passes, she opens a small hair salon out in the countryside, where she meets Eun-joo, a woman who is paralyzed in her lower body. Mi-ja, who is optimistic and warm hearted, opens her arms to Eun-joo who has lived a closed and depressed life. They share their lives together while overcoming life’s hardships. It is Mi-ja herself that is most impressive and attractive point of this film. (Jay SOHN)
