| Entry | - Enter directly with mobile tickets. (Captured images of mobile tickets are not accepted.) - If you have printed a paper ticket, mobile tickets cannot be used for entry. |
| Cancellation and Refund | Ticket cancellations are possible until 23:59 the day before the screening. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps to prevent no-shows and illegal reselling. * Refunds on the day of the screening are only available at the ticket counters at CGV Yeonnam and CGV Hongdae, before the screening time. |

Mobile Ticket Entry Instructions
- You can enter the screening venues directly using your mobile ticket. (Captured images of mobile tickets are not accepted.)
- Mobile tickets can be viewed on the CGV official website and app by logging in and navigating to MY CGV > Reservation History.
- If you have printed a paper ticket, mobile tickets cannot be used for entry.
※ However, if you prefer a paper ticket after entering with a mobile ticket, you can obtain it at the kiosk (ticket issuing machine) after the screening. (Reservation number is required.)
