Synopsis
“Isn’t the moment of liberation coming soon?” (From Anne Frank’s monologue)

 She spends most of her time sleeping in her room. One day, upon waking up from a dream about her dead aunt, she finds out about an audition being held for the play Anne Frank. She believes that this is the implication of her aunt message “Talitha Koum (Wake up, girl)” and makes it her mission to play the role of Anne Frank.

An actress prepares one of Anne’s monologues from The Diary of Anne Frank for an audition. But that’s not all. The audience is introduced to a
 strange and beautiful world of ideas that makes them think about consciousness and unconsciousness, dream and reality, and the dead and the
 living. Although it is only made up of images, sounds, and narrations without a clear narrative, Talitha Koum is a charming film, well made with
 high artistic value - possibly the best among its kind. It is even more noteworthy that actress Park Hyun-young did everything including writing,
