MURAKAMI Yorico
Day-to-day life in this world is a journey full of curiosities for performance artist and cartoonist, Amy. Nothing is natural for her. She cannot understand why a woman has to marry a man, a boy carries a blue bag and a girl a pink one, and even before choosing their own gender people are given a gendered name like Jane or John. Amy¡¯s story challenges all of the prejudices constructed by gendering. (Jay SOHN)
