SYNOPSIS

Soaked in drink and desire on her birthday, Mo meets a man in a club and takes him home. As the evening goes on, her childhood memories and secrets are played out in the present through vivid flashbacks. The loud color and intense sound pressure the spectator relentlessly in an atmosphere of dangerous but fascinating rapture in blood red. (Jenna Ku)

    Meloni Poole, an artist specializing in film and video, graduated with a degree in Fine Art from Sheffield Hallam University in 1991. Her first experimental film Don¡¯t Put Your Shoes on the Table was invited to the London Film Festival in 1991. She has directed documentaries such as This Charming Man(1994), A Sick Note for Michael(1995), A Straight Guide to Queer(1997) and A Clean Slate(2000).
