SYNOPSIS

Winter to Winter documents the plight of the Hansung Country Club caddies from the formation of a labor union, a strike and lay-offs to their fight for reinstatement.
With the intention to abolish irrational misconduct on the golf course, such as sexual harassment, verbal violence and accidents, and to create a more normal and rational workplace, the women caddies decide to create a labor union. However, the company, mostly made up of men, overlooks their struggle, using humiliation tactics to prolong their weary fight. The challenge against the combined forces of capitalism and patriarchy reveals the double bind of being a woman and being a laborer. (Kim Sun-ah)
