A bald woman and a man with long hair try to get out of paying fines when traffic cameras catch them for not wearing a hijab.
A man and a woman with hairstyles that do not meet the Iranian social norm encounter each other at a police station. They are strangers, but the mutual crime they committed drives them to talk about hair. The problem that started with hairstyle reveals the different gender discrimination that follows gender norms. Technical development has not solved gender discrimination but is used as a tool to monitor people more harshly. It seems like surrendering is the only choice, but the protagonists choose a different path. [CHOI Yiwon]
