Chuz me! is a story about two teenage girls, Sogeum and Hosu, but at the same time, it is a film about the relationships surrounding Sogeum. People around Sogeum hurt, console or fill her void, creating fractures in Sogeum¡¯s daily life. The fractures are maximized through the film¡¯s visual devices such as red lighting and green plants. It is a film about a certain time in a girl¡¯s life where she slowly grows while clashing, appealing, clinging to or loving in her loneliness and isolation. [LEE Sukgyung]
