unconventional ways to enact the gender stereotypes
in the real life. The director intended to break through
both stereotypes within the gender culture and the
film culture to question and manipulate the audience\'s
pre-existing perceptions. Therefore, Humour, Another
can be read as a cinematic language that attempts to
interpret the unconventional ideology.

faces, movements and clothes are slightly different
than usual. The man wears make up and high heels.
The woman wears a tie and strokes her chin as if
it\'s her beard. The man performs a woman and the
woman a man. Humour, Another criticizes gender
stereotypes which has been objects of the grotesque
humor in heterosexual-dominated patriarchal society
