Paradise is a story about people heading for a better place on the other side of the ocean. Although at times their paths do cross, they never really seem to meet.

Paradiseexposes people’s double standards. As an escape from a boring daily life, the third world gives us unusual experiences and the kind hospitality of indigenous people in paradise. However, we easily lose sight of one important fact: People risk their lives at sea to reach the third world while other people are eager to reach the country that we are hell bent on leaving.
