SYNOPSIS
Nathalie teaches philosophy at a high school in Paris. She is passionate about her job and particularly enjoys passing on the pleasure of thinking. Married with two children, she divides her time between her family, former students and her very possessive mother. One day, Nathalie¡¯s husband announces he is leaving her for another woman. With freedom thrust upon her, Nathalie must reinvent her life.

Mia HANSEN-L¨ªVEMia HANSEN-L¨ªVE
Born in Paris, France in 1981, Mia HANSEN-L¨ªVE made her acting debut at the age of 17 in Olivier ASSAYAS\' Late August, Early September. She studied at the Conservatoire d\'Art Dramatique in Paris and wrote for the ¡®Cahiers du Cinéma¡¯. She then began directing short films. Her debut feature All Is Forgiven was nominated for the César Awards and won the Prix Louis DELLUC for Best First Film. Things to Come is her fifth feature film.
