Synopsis

 A cinematic devotional book. Based on interviews with an unemployable sufferer (and his fellows), living in the East German countryside. Who lost his memory in 1989 and woke up into several nightmares.

In this experimental film, the ravaged inner side of an individual is visualized through text banners and miniatures. Winning awards in prestigious film festivals such as Dresden, Hamburg, Oberhausen, and Clermont-Ferrand, this film talks about fear and disgust against the backdrop of cute and friendly setting.
