On a winter afternoon, a woman guards a construction site holding a metal bar and blowing a whistle. As the construction continues, her work is threatened. She makes a promise to herself that without fail she will stop the old lady who comes to the site every dayto collect waste paper and junk in her wheelbarrow. Each pursuing their own interest, the woman, the site manager and the old waste picker turn to bartering in order to maintain their positions. Although the barter is not entirely fair on every party, the solidarity between the two woman and their revenge on the site manager are delightful. [KANG Ba-da]
