She is in bed with a stranger, but she cannot enjoy the moment. Her mind wanders. A traumatizing moment shakes her up.
A woman tries to make love to a strange woman. But soon she gets out of orbit as the dark memory from the past infiltrates into her. At a glance, her childhood seems to be filled with happy memories of playing with her friends under the bright sunshine, but underneath it actually lies the dark memory of sexual humiliation. This dark memory comes back again and again and eventually beomes self-hatred that binds her to the past. This film looks inside a woman who cannot overcome homophobia due to the childhood memory. It is especially notable that this film is astonishingly calm and delicate in describing the deadly cruelty of children and interweaving the present with the past. (CHO Hye-young)
