SYNOPSIS
A long way left to go. Just like adults, children become angry, get into trouble, and long for what they cannot have. Watching her children from inside the door as she hesitates to reveal herself to them, a mother is forced to come into view because a man shoved her. All her different anxieties are revealed through her hesitation. Shifting from the mother¡¯s gaze to the third person perspective, the camera¡¯s eye reveals the complex emotions of the mother. After a short, but difficult walk, mother and children take a brief rest. A well-structured short film selected by the Cine-fondation of the Cannes Film Festival. (Sue Kim)
