SYNOPSIS

A Little Color is a film that brings a little magic to your heart in the tradition of Baghdad Café(1988).
One day, a woman comes to the shabby Galaxy Motel by the highway. Slim, with a bruised face, she is a hairdresser named Christelle who ran away from her abusive and violent husband. Mona, the widowed owner of the motel, lets her stay and work there, taking care of her like family. As time goes by, Christelle turns out to possess the unique ability to make everyone around her happy, and to turn every place splendid with just a touch of her hand. Moreover, she gains fame for her skills as a ¡®visiting hairdresser¡¯ and achieves total independence from her husband. She also wins the heart of Lucien, a truck driver much younger than her.
The film brilliantly depicts the beautiful emotional bonding and affections between women. However, what is most amazing to see is how Christelle turns into a strong, independent, self-reflexive, and vital human being. Just as flowers are revived and women¡¯s hair becomes glamorous and stylish with just a touch of her hand.
