When Ayako’s family moves in with her grandmother, they find out that Ayako’s mother is seriously ill. Soon, she undergoes brain surgery and the family is worried that she may not survive. While her mother is sleeping, Ayako realizes the reality that surrounds her. Carefully directed with emotions shaped and controlled, the film lets you reflect on the significance of a family.
