Reservation

• Tickets can be purchased online or on-site until the start of the screening.
• Reservations can be made through the CGV website, CGV app, or ticket kiosks. On-site ticket counters are not available.
• Ticket cancellations are possible until 23:59 the day before the screening. We appreciate your understanding as this policy aims to prevent no-shows and illegal reselling

On-time Screening

• The Seoul International Women's Film Festival adheres to a strict screening schedule.
• Entry to the screening venues is allowed starting 10 minutes before the screening time, and entry will be restricted 20 minutes after the screening begins.
• For short film collections, late entry is allowed only at designated times per film. (Please check the notice.)
• Please sit in your reserved seat, and moving seats during the screening is not permitted.

Ticket Possession

• Only ticket holders possessing mobile or printed paper tickets are allowed entry to the screening (including free screenings).
• If you have a badge-issued ticket, please bring the badge with you for entry.
• Captured images of mobile tickets are not accepted for entry.
• Re-issuance or refunds for personal reasons (e.g., loss, damage, traffic delays, screening room or time errors) are not available.

Prohibition on Photography

• Please turn off all electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches.
• The use of cameras and recording equipment is prohibited.
• Photographing, video recording, and audio recording during the screening are not allowed.
• If caught taking photos or videos, the recorded material will be deleted to prevent copyright infringement.

Food and Drink

• To ensure a pleasant viewing environment, noisy and smelly food, as well as alcoholic beverages, are not allowed.

Age Restrictions

• Please do note that children under 4 years old are not permitted to the screening, even if accompanied by a guardian.
• Minors under 19 years old (including high school students) cannot attend films rated '19 and above,' regardless of having a ticket or being accompanied by a guardian.
