SYNOPSIS
Through the use of interviews, archival clips, and documentation footage, walk walk profiles a range of women from Singapore for whom walking holds different possibilities. The women featured in walk walk *create* space both literally and figuratively for themselves and others as they walk.

TAN PIN PIN is a Singapore-based film director and producer. She is known for her works interrogating the idea of Singapore. From traversing Singapore to find out how long it takes to cross the island to traversing the world to speak with her political exiles, her films question gaps in history, memory, and its documentation. She has screened at Berlinale, SXSW, BIFF, TIDF, Cinema du Reel.
