Reservation

• Tickets can be purchased online or on-site until the start of the screening.
• Reservations can be made through the MEGABOX website, app, or ticket kiosks. On-site ticket counters are not available.
• Ticket cancellations are possible until 23:59 the day before the screening. We appreciate your understanding as this policy aims to prevent no-shows and illegal reselling.

On-time Screening

• Films are screened on schedule in accordance with festival policy.
• Entry to the screening venues is allowed starting 10 minutes before the screening time, and entry will be restricted 20 minutes after the screening begins.
• Late entry is permitted between films during short film collections.
• Please remain in your assigned seat throughout the screening. Changing seats is not permitted.

Food and Drink

• To maintain a pleasant viewing environment, strongly scented or noisy food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Prohibition on Photography

• Please turn off all electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches.
• The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited.
• Photography, video, and audio recording during the screening are not allowed.
• Any unauthorized recordings may be deleted to prevent copyright infringement.

Ticket Possession

• Entry is allowed only with a valid mobile or printed ticket, including for free screenings.
• If using a badge-issued ticket, the badge must be presented upon entry.
• Captured images of mobile tickets are not accepted for entry.
• Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded for personal reasons (e.g., loss, damage, traffic delays, incorrect screening time or venue).

Age Restrictions

• Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to attend screenings, even when accompanied by a guardian.
• Films rated "19 and over" are restricted to viewers aged 19 or older. (Those born in 2006 or earlier are eligible for entry.)
