Ryoo Seung-wan is a South Korean film director, screenwriter, and co-CEO of the production company Film R&K. He received the Best New Director Award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards for his feature debut, Die Bad (2000). He has since directed No Blood No Tears (2002), Crying Fist (2005), The Unjust (2010), Veteran (2015), Escape from Mogadishu (2021), Smugglers (2023), I, the Executioner (2024), and Humint (2026).
