Synopsis

After collapsing from overwork, Seo spends all the money he has on designer clothes and a luxury suitcase, determined to leave on a journey. Sora, still devastated by the death of the person she loved, decides to join Seo. Together, they set off on a special journey.

Director's Statement

Since COVID-19, hatred toward others and minorities has grown increasingly severe. Set in Korea in 2022, in the aftermath of the pandemic, this film tells the story of Seo, a biracial Black man, and Sora, a sexual minority, who set out on a journey together. Accompanying the journey of two people who live like "mutants" in a conservative and divided society, the film seeks to reflect anew on the meaning of true love and communication in an age of hatred and disconnection.
