Synopsis
A personal film essay, woven through multiple images and layers of narration, reflects a filmmaker's time at film school—an experience that not only shaped her life but also became a home where she matured, both creatively and philosophically.
Director's Statement
I entered film school before I had time to prepare—before I fully understood what it meant to pursue something so deeply rooted in instinct. What followed changed me completely. FTII was not just where I studied film—it was where I learned how to be. It became a home, not through comfort, but through challenge. In those classrooms, edit rooms, and endless conversations, I began to understand the kind of person I was becoming.
This film is a return to that space and time, seen now with the distance of more than a decade. It¡¯s not just a recollection; it is a conversation with the self I was then, shaped by the awareness I carry now.
