SYNOPSIS
The film is a story about a girl whose heartbeat is faster than other’s. The sound of her heartbeat is so loud that people around her cannot fall asleep. The more people are accustomed to the sound, the skinner she becomes.

Regina PESSOARegina PESSOA
Born in Coimbra in 1969. Graduates at the Oporto University of Fine Arts. In 1992 begins working in Filmógrafo, where she collaborates as an animator. In 1999, she made her first short film, The Night, which received numerous awards and honors. Tragic Story with Happy Ending is her second and latest work. It was produced at the French animation studio Folimage under its Artist-in-Residence program, in which the National Film Board of Canada\'s Animation and Youth Studio is associated as a co-producer.
