4 lesbians in Uganda, Julie Victor, Kasha, Christabel and Musa speak for themselves about their sexual identity. They\'ve been troublemakers in their families and peer groups. Even they are threatened and attacked because of their sexual identity; this documentary shows their positive way of living even with their problems. (KIM Sunah)

Director

  • Elena SarnoElena Sarno

    Born in Livorno, Italy , 19th July 1968. She participates in various theatre workshops. Between 1994 and 1996 she plays in some independent theatre productions. In 1996 she works for RAI, national TV, untill 1998, in Milan, as part of the editorial staff of information programs. During this time she shoots her first short film Pedalare, starring Lella Costa. In 1998 she moves to Rome to work in the movies. She works as script supervisor, and occasionally as 1st AD, mostly in feature film productions. She co-directed a documentary on Israeli and Palestinians living on the same territory, Una terra per due popoli.
